When is the last time you did something consistent every day for a month? This activity can be so empowering and rewarding! ( for any person, any age!)

👶🏼 🧒 👨🏿‍✈️🧑🏻‍⚖️🧑🏽‍🔬👩🏼‍💻🧑🧑🏾‍🚒🦸🏻‍♀️🦹🏾‍♀️

Having a tracker for doing this is important because it shows your progress. Having a tangible item to hold and/or display, psychologically triggers us to stay consistent and feel good about holding it in the end!

Think educational degree! 📜🧑🏽‍🎓 Think of one goal you have that you would like to complete every day. (Stick to just one for now so you don’t overload yourself!) The first week will be the hardest! But after about 21 days, 📆 you develop a habit! Once that habit is in place, you will continue to do it everyday. 🌟 For the last month, every morning, I have written down 5 things I’m grateful for, my 5 goals, and my why! ✔️ This truly has helped me narrow down and focus on the things I want and my productivity has gone up! 👍🏻 Try it!
