The Stranger Upstairs

The cover of this book alone, struck me immediately as something I wanted to read. The title then gave me those creepy vibes. However, this book ended up being a three stars for me. It was good, not great.

The main character Sarah

is struggling in her career, marriage and ultimately her decision to move somewhere new. As her marriage is falling apart, so is her mind. She starts looking into a woman who disappeared in the new town she's in. She starts asking the neighbors about her and what happened and not only do people claim not to know, they also do NOT want to talk about it.

This story had a good premise and does keep you wanting more. For me, I like when thrillers are more unpredictable but if you're someone who is okay with more mild thriller novels, then definitely add it to your TBR.
